Spinal Manipulation

Spinal Manipulation is the overall process of spinal adjustment used by your chiropractor, and involves "retraining" the spine and surrounding muscles to adapt to a healthier state of functionality.  Spinal manipulation is often used to increase mobility to the spinal joint to bring the entire spinal column into balance.

Palmer Package

The "Palmer Package" is a group of chiropractic techniques that, once mastered, provide the doctor with the technique expertise needed to deal with practically any clinical situation that may emerge in practice.

Activator Methods

Activator methods chiropractic technique involves analyzing the length of the legs, and determining whether a pelvic deficiency is present.  Since each person stands and holds their hips in a different way the result can be excessive pressure on one side;  over time a difference in leg length may contribute to pain in the hips and leg joints.  The Activator Methods Technique aims to restore the body by correcting vertebral and pelvic misalignments using an activator mallet to push and set the joints back into the correct position.


Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) is a manual therapy treatment technique that utilizes specially designed stainless steel instruments to assist in detecting and treating areas exhibiting scar tissue, soft tissue restriction, adhesions or chronic inflammation.

Kinesio Taping

Kinesiology Tape is designed to facilitate the body's natural healing process while allowing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body's range of motion, enabling the individual to participate in physical activity with functional assistance.  Kinesio tape can be applied to many injuries including, sprain/strain, postural disorders, carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, rotator cuff injuries/ shoulder injuries and knee injuries, including joint (meniscus) and ligament (ACL) tears.

Myofascial Release
